AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Saudi security forces killed two people and injured another two during an operation that targeted the Saudi's Shiite-majority Qatif region.
The two men killed were reportedly wanted by Riyadh on ‘terrorism’ charges.
The security forces sprayed their vehicle with bullets while injuring a number of bystanders, including a Bahraini woman who had pulled over at a gas station with her family.
A Pakistani national was also injured in the attack.
Saudi security forces routinely raid Qatif, which sits in the Saudi's Eastern Province and has been an epicenter of anti-regime protests since 2011.
